In the latest collaboration, Bobby Deol joins Kia to be a part of the Connected Car Tech campaign for the Seltos. Kia is among the most successful foreign carmakers in India ever. It has sold a record number of cars in the limited time frame. Leading the charge is the Seltos mid-size SUV. It has been an aspirational vehicle for a whole lot of customers in the country since its inception back in 2019. In the last 5 years, the demand for the SUV has been high. Additionally, the Sonet and Carens have also contributed significantly to the overall sales of Kia. Today, the brand is able to collaborate with top Bollywood personalities like Bobby Deol.

As per the official press release from Kia, Lord Bobby has come on board to become a part of the ‘Tech is now Badass’ campaign. It aims to highlight the technological prowess of the Kia Seltos, along with its exquisite performance and commanding road presence. As a part of this initiative, the official teaser shows Bobby Deol activating the new Seltos X-Line via the Kia Connect app on his watch demonstrating its advanced tech and seamless connectivity. In fact, Bobby Deol has also uploaded a post for Kia on his official Instagram handle where he is seen interacting with the Kia Connect app on his smartphone. It displays the information about the car on the screen of the phone.

Kia Seltos is one of the most desirable SUVs in its segment. Part of the reason for its massive popularity is the availability of multiple engine and transmission combinations. These include a 1.5-litre petrol engine, a 1.5-litre diesel engine, and the 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine generating 115 PS / 144 Nm, the diesel engine offers 115 PS / 250 Nm, and the turbo petrol engine produces 160 PS / 253 Nm, respectively.
