BMW is the official car of the Standard Chartered Mumbai Marathon 2012 held on Sunday, 15 January 2012.
The BMW X6 was the lead car for the ‘Full Marathon’ which commenced from Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus. The BMW X1 was the lead car for the ‘Half Marathon’ which was flagged off from Bandra Reclamation. The BMW 6 Series Convertible led the ‘Dream-Run’ on 15 January 2012 which started from Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus.

BMW Group India cheered the runners of the Standard Chartered Mumbai Marathon 2012 scheduled on Sunday, 15 January 2012 from three exclusive cheering zones at Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus, Marine Drive (Opposite Intercontinental Hotel) and Marine Drive ( Islam Gymkhana).

Indian Winner of the Standard Chartered Mumbai Marathon 2012, Ram Singh Yadav, led the way in the new BMW 6 Series Convertible.
