The BMW 620d M Sport Signature has been launched in India at a starting price of Rs 78.90 lakh, ex-showroom. It has locally been manufactured at the BMW Group Plant in Chennai. BMW 620d M Sport Signature – Specs
Since BMW is meant for driving pleasure, let us commence with the specifications. There is the option of either a 2.0-litre turbo petrol or a 2.0-litre twin-power turbo diesel engine. These engines generate a decent 258 hp / 400 Nm and 190 hp / 400 Nm of peak power and torque, respectively. Both variants come with an 8-speed Steptronic Sport automatic transmission but only the diesel trim comes with Gearshift Paddles. This propels the petrol version from 0 to 100 km/h in just 6.5 seconds, while the diesel mill achieves this sprint in 7.9 seconds. It comes with Adaptive 2-axle Air Suspension as standard.

Exterior Styling
On the outside, the 620d M Sport Signature is unmistakably BMW. It carries the BMW Laserlight headlamps, kidney grille, sporty bumper with angular fog lamp housing, LED DRLs integrated inside the headlamp cluster, a swooping bonnet-line, adventurous bumper section and more. On the sides, one gets acquainted with 19-inch bi-colour alloy wheels, air flow inserts behind the front wheels, a sloping roofline to depict the coupe-ish silhouette, black B and C-pillars and more. The rear section consists of striking and attractive LED taillamps, a sporty bumper and a shark fin antenna. All in all, it retains the appeal associated with the BMW moniker.
