He could perhaps be a vlogger. In any case, he suddenly spots a Police vehicle. As he passes close to it, he observes that the traffic cop driving the car is not wearing a seatbelt. Furthermore, he is on the phone. That, understandably, infuriated the biker. Traffic police personnel are lost for words once the biker approaches and questions them.
The biker mentions that it is very shameful that the traffic cops themselves are displaying this malpractice of flouting the traffic regulations. One of the cops tries to offer a weak excuse that he received a sudden call. But that is just an unacceptable argument. The biker makes them stop on the side of the road and even takes the name and car number of these two cops. It remains to be seen what the consequence of this encounter is. I would like to see the cops being reprimanded for their acts.
