Tata Nexon Best Value For Money Variant – XZ+
It is the third in line trim, after XZ+(O) and XZ+(S). The XZ+ trim is available in eight variants including dual-tone, manual and automatic options for the petrol and diesel engines. The price range starts from Rs 9.50 Lakhs up to Rs 11.80 Lakhs (ex-showroom).
XZ+ | Price |
Petrol MT | 9,50,000 |
Petrol MT Dual Tone | 9,70,000 |
Diesel MT | 11,00,000 |
Diesel MT DT | 11,20,000 |
Petrol AMT | 10,10,000 |
Petrol AMT DT | 10,10,000 |
Diesel AMT | 11,60,000 |
Diesel AMT DT | 11.80,000 |
The XZ+ petrol variant is cheaper than the XZ+(S) variant by Rs 60,000 and Rs 90,000 cheaper than the top-end XZ+(O). It just loses a couple of features when compared to the top-end trim, none of them too important to affect the daily driving.
Nexon XZ+ Features:
- LED projector headlamps
- LED Tail Lamps
- 16-inch diamond cut alloy wheels
- Digital Instrument Cluster
- Flat Bottom Steering Wheel
- ConnectNext 7-inch touchscreen infotainment by Harmon Kardon
- Android Auto, Apple CarPlay and Voice Recognition
- Steering Mounted Audio, Voice and Phone Controls
- Multi Drive Modes – Eco, City and Sport
- Automatic AC
- Electric ORVMs
- Rear AC Vents
- Driver Seat Height Adjustment
- Electric Tail Gate opening
- Smart Key with Push Button Start
Safety features onboard are the exact same as found on the top-end XZ+(O) trim:
- Dual Front Airbags
- ABS with EBD
- Traction control
- Electronic Stability Control
- Brake Assist
- Hill Hold control
- Reverse Parking Sensors
- Reverse Parking Camera
- Roll Over Mitigation
- Cornering Fog Lamps
Features discarded on the XZ+ trim include cruise control, electric sunroof, automatic headlamps, rain sensing wipers and tyre pressure monitoring system. If you see it from a different point of view, in Rs 60,000 itself you are getting these features. However, these all are not that important and would not affect your daily driving.
