Benelli Imperiale 400 also receives more than 500 bookings since its booking period started.
Earlier we gave out you the information on the booking numbers of the Benelli’s latest entrant, Imperiale 400 in the market. Now, the new news is that the deliveries for the will start from October 27 for the Benelli Imperiale 400.
Benelli officials have confirmed this piece of news that the deliveries will start from the specified date for the Imperiale 400 and will be delivered to people who booked it first. Also, the booking numbers have crossed over 500 unit.
Benelli Imperiale 400 is a strong competition to the Royal Enfield Classic 350 and Jawa Standard. One of the main reason is of the pricing as the new entrant from Benelli is just Rs 15,000 more than the Royal Enfield and about Rs 4,000 more than the mentioned Jawa.

Talking about the specifications then the bike carries a 374 cc, one cylinder, air cooled, petrol engine. This churns out a total of 20.7 bhp at 5,500 rpm and a peak torque of 29 Nm at 4,500 rpm. Mind you, Jawa Standard also uses a retro styling and it carries a 300 cc engine and returns a whopping 27 bhp in total. That is more than the new entrant in the market which carries a larger 400 cc engine.
Now, talking about the suspensions of the Imperiale 400 then it uses a 41 mm telescopic front and a pre-load adjust at the rear,. Transmission is taken care by a 5-speed manual gearbox and it also gets a fuel injection system.
Braking on the bike is handled by a 300 mm front disc brake and 240 mm rear disc brake size. The bike receives dual channel Anti lock braking system (ABS) as standard. It gets spoke wheels at both ends with 19-inch wheels at the front and the rear tyre size stands at 18-inches.

Some of the features of the Benelli Imperiale 400 includes a fully digital speedometer, tachometer and odometer. The fuel gauge is digital too and the bike receives electric start. One gets pass light, turn signals and stepped seats for comfortable riding experience.
Benelli Imperiale 400 starts at a price tag of Rs 1.69 lakh and is available in three colours – red, silver and black. All prices stick to ex-showroom, Delhi.
