Digital automotive artists are uniquely talented to reimagine any routine model and derive a completely different product from it.
In this unique digital illustration of the Bajaj Pulsar, an automobile artist comes up with a MotoScooter version. Pulsar is a household name in our market for years now. Bajaj has worked relentlessly toward ensuring that Indian customers are able to get some version of the iconic Pulsar in every major segment. Hence, you would find the Pulsar ranging from small to mid-capacity engine segments. That is what makes it one of the most successful nameplates in the market for such a long time. Also, it is for this very reason that digital designers choose it as the base model to display their creativity.

This unique rendition has been illustrated by abin_designs_511 on Instagram. The image clearly shows how unconventional it looks. At the front, the fascia has been derived from the scooties that are on sale in our market. There is a large fairing-like structure at the front with a sharp headlamp unit, compact handlebars with a minor wind visor, and a typically scooter-inspired front end. The body graphics are finished in silver paint with red inserts that accentuate the sportiness and lend that sporty bike appearance.

On the sides, the resemblance with the Pulsar bikes becomes apparent. There is a rugged side body panel with protecting surfaces around the engine and underbelly, the seating configuration is close to what you would find in a scooter, there are grab handles visible for the pillion, the tail section is slightly elevated and not like something you would see on the scooties, an exhaust pipe is a chunky unit you would see on more powerful bikes, and the rear section is finished in an attractive pattern.

The alloys are a perfect blend of a scooter and a motorcycle. The design at the front has thin spokes with a tyre hugger and black paint while the one at the rear also has a similar design theme but the tyre is much wider. That is common in sports bikes where the rear tyre is broader than the front tyre for maximized traction during cornering and high-speed handling. All in all, this is certainly a unique version which shows just how innovative our digital automobile designers could be. It would be fair to assume that we won’t see anything like this go into production any time soon.
