The N150 comes in three colour options – Metallic Pearl White, Ebony Black, and Racing Red, with a sky blue colour option set to be introduced later. On the other hand, the Pulsar P150 was launched last year. It is for those who are looking to own the Pulsar 150-cc bike at an affordable price. Here are the details of these two potent motorbikes.

Bajaj Pulsar N150 vs P150 Price Comparison

Let us start with the most critical aspect, the price. India is a price-conscious market. It plays the deciding factor in people opting for any car or bike. The Pulsar N150 retails for Rs 1.17 lakh, ex-showroom. It currently comes in a single variant. On the other hand, the Pulsar P150 ranges from Rs 1.17 lakh to Rs 1.20 lakh, ex-showroom. Hence, there is not much to choose from here.

Bajaj Pulsar N150 vs P150 Specs Comparison

Pulsar N150

In terms of its technical specifications, the Bajaj Pulsar N150 is equipped with a 149.68-cc four-stroke, air-cooled, fuel-injected, single-cylinder engine that delivers a robust output of 14.5 PS of power and 13.5 Nm of torque. It comes with a 5-speed manual transmission. Handling suspension duties, the bike features a telescopic unit at the front and a monoshock at the rear, providing 27% more wheel travel than its predecessor.

Additionally, the front tyre is a 90-section, while the rear tyre is a wider 120-section, distinguishing it from the P150. Safety-wise, there’s a single-channel ABS system at the front and a drum brake at the rear. The front disc measures 260 mm, while the rear drum is 130 mm in size. This bike is expected to offer a fuel economy ranging from 45 to 50 km/l. Notably, it weighs approximately 7 kg less than the N160 model.

Pulsar P150

On the other hand, the Pulsar P150 also comes with the same 149.68-cc BS6 phase 2-compliant engine which generates the identical 14.5 PS and 13.5 Nm of peak power and torque. It has a 5-speed constant mesh transmission. It has disc brakes at the front and the rear on the top model. The fuel tank capacity is a decent 14 litres and the mileage figure is around 49.7 km/l.

The wheelbase is a handy 1,352 mm and the ground clearance is 165 mm. In fact, the P150 weighs just 140 kg with a saddle height of 790 mm. There are 17-inch alloy wheels with a 90-section tyre at the front and a 110-section tyre at the rear. Moreover, the front disc brake diameter is 260 mm and the rear disc diameter measures 230 mm. At the front, the P150 has a 31 mm telescopic suspension unit, whereas it has a monoshock absorber for the rear suspension. All in all, both bikes are quite evenly matched in terms of the specifications.
