Here is the first walk around video of the updated Bajaj Pulsar 220F. It gets minor cosmetic upgrades without any feature additions or feature upgrades. It still does not get the ABS equipment.
Bajaj recently updated a couple of its Pulsars with new colour upgrades and some visual upgrades. The bikes have already reached dealerships and in some cities, the deliveries have already commended.
Bajaj Pulsar 220F also gets updates in form of new colour upgrades and some revisions. It now comes with Black Colour with Red accents and Black colour with blue accents. It also comes in Chrome Black, Laser Black, Red and Blue colours.
The updated Pulsar 220F gets coloured accents on the alloys, mudguard, engine cowl and under the pillion seat. Also, a new belly pan has been equipped, which also came on the other bikes.

Also, matte black paint now comes over the engine, alloys, grab rail and carbon fibre covers on the side.
There are some mechanical upgrades on the Bajaj Pulsar 220F. Revisions on the bike include improvement in the clutch pool, smoother gear shifts and improvement in the riding comfort.
For engine purposes, it continues with the 220cc oil-cooled DTS-i engine. The engine produces 20 BHP @ 8500 RPM and 18.55 Nm @ 7000 RPM of peak torque. For transmission purposes, the 220cc Pulsar uses a 5-speed gearbox.

Expected mileage from Bajaj Pulsar 220F is around 40 kmpl. With a fuel tank capacity of 15 Litres, it can easily touch about 550-600 kms on a full tank. Bajaj bikes are widely known for good and consistent mileage figures.
Suspension duties are handled by Telescopic forks with anti-friction bush at the front and 5 way adjustable Nitrox shock absorber at the back.
For braking, Bajaj Pulsar 220F is offered with a 260mm disc in the front and a 230mm disc at the back. New buyers are waiting for the ABS variant, which might launch in the next year. Since the ABS variant might launch next year, it might also get a BS-6 compliant engine.
Features onboard are very few, but they include Always-on Headlamp, Clip-on Style Handlebar, Projector Headlamps, LED Taillight, Clear Lens Indicators, Auto cancelling indicators, Blue Backlit Digital Speedo Console, Gear-shift Indicator and Split Seats.

The Pulsar 220F is priced at Rs Rs 98,694 and comes in only 1 variant. It directly competes with Hero Karizma ZMR, which is tanking in the market. Indirect competitors because of the price range include TVS Apache RTR 160 4V, Honda CB Hornet and Suzuki Gixxer.
