Bajaj Pulsar 180 ABS has started reaching dealerships. A couple of weeks back, we reported that the prices are out at Rs 92,653 (ex-showroom).
Recently, we reported that Bajaj Pulsar 150 and 180 ABS prices have been revealed. Now, Pulsar 180 ABS has started reaching dealerships, as confirmed by some of our dealer sources.
Bajaj Pulsar 180 ABS is priced at Rs 92,653. It is costlier than the non-ABS variant by Rs 7040, which is priced at Rs 85,823 (all prices ex-showroom). The deliveries of Pulsar 180 and 150 ABS are scheduled to begin by March 2019.
Bajaj Auto has updated Avenger series and Pulsar 220F with ABS till now. All the updated and non-updated models in the stable get a single-channel ABS and a rear-lift off protection (RLP).

Other than the inclusion of ABS, there are no further mechanical as well as cosmetic changes. Recently, it received a minor cosmetic upgrade which included a new engine cowl, updated graphics and new colour options as well.
Mechanically, Bajaj Pulsar 180 ABS runs on the same 179cc engine that puts out 17 BHP @ 8500 RPM and 14.2 Nm @ 6500 RPM. The engine pairs up with a 5-speed gearbox.
The newly launched Pulsar 180F is rumoured to offer a more refined engine and slightly better performance. Although, it uses the same 180cc DTS-i engine onboard.

For suspension purposes, it uses telescopic forks at the front and adjustable nitrox suspension at the rear. Braking is handled by a front and rear disc brake with single-ABS as standard fitment.
Features onboard are contoured split seats, AHO, digital-analogue display meter and high-positioned clip-on handlebars.
The new Bajaj Pulsar 180 F is basically a semi-faired version of the regular bike. The fairing has been copied from Pulsar 220F. With this, there is an additional feature of projector headlamps, that even 220F offers.

It is priced at Rs 86,500, which is costlier than the regular Pulsar 180 by a mere Rs 2000. Mainly, it is for buyers to want a big looking bike under the budget of Rs 1 Lakh.
