After the Dominar and the Pulsar, Bajaj has announced a price hike across its range due to increased input costs. The Avenger 22 series remains unaffected.
Bajaj recently hiked the price of the Dominar 400 by Rs. 6,000. Then it was the Pulsar 150 to receive a price hike up to Rs. 2,950. Now Bajaj has announced a price hike for most of its model range including the Pulsar line-up, Discover range and even the entry-level Platina motorcycles. However, the Avenger 220 series remains unaffected with this price hike. Hero MotoCorp too announced a price hike of its range of motorcycles by 1% recently.
It was the Bajaj Pular 150 Neon which saw the maximum increment in price of Rs. 2,950 and it now starts at Rs. 71,200. The other motorcycle which has seen considerable increment is the Pulsar 220F, and the increment is of Rs. 2,000. The recently updated V15, called the Power Up saw an increment by Rs. 1,113 and is now priced at Rs. 66,739, while the Platina 100 ES gets an increment of Rs. 1,024 and now starts at Rs. 48,429 (all prices, ex-showroom Delhi).
