Update : 2012 Bajaj Discover 125 ST Launched In India
Bajaj Auto India is working on modernizing all its product lineup gradually. The collaboration of Bajaj with popular motorcycling brand KTM is proving to be beneficial for both of them. After successfully launching KTM Duke 200 in India and unveiling the Bajaj Pulsar 200 NS, Bajaj is all geared up for an all news Bajaj Discover 2012 Lineup. There has been numerous camouflaged bikes spotted testing on Indian roads which have revealed to a large extent – What Is New in Bajaj Discover 2012-13? However, the recent spy shots shared by ACI show a near production ready Bajaj Discover 2012 new model and a number plate on the same indicates that this is some final testing prototype or maybe a homologation vehicle which is very close to hitting product line.
We have already shared in details here about what is new in the new Bajaj Discover 2012-13, but in this newly revealed pictures, we share some more details with you about the New Bajaj Discover 2012 which is quite visible in these pictures.

What Is New In Bajaj Discover 2012?
First of all talking about the visual elements- The Bajaj Discover 2012-13 has become more attractive with more use of silver or aluminum like side panels which gives it a more sporty appeal especially on black colour. The exhaust muffler also gets a dual colour silver black finish with chrome exhaust heat guard. There are two tyre huggers at the rear and there are black alloy wheels which are also new with thin flower like design. The visual appeal of the side rear section is enhanced by absence of shock absorbers on the side because the new Bajaj Discover 2012 uses centrally mounted gas charged monoshock suspension used in more sporty bikes. The Ergonomics seems to be improved as well as there is good amount of curves and sculpted area for the rider seat and thigh rests around the fuel tank of the bike. The rear of the New Discover 2012 uses drum brakes while the front wheel uses disk brakes for efficient braking. There is a round grab rail again with aluminum finish behind the rear seat which is raised from the front seat. From a distance, it may appear like a split seat arrangement because of the height difference between the rider and pillion seat of Bajaj Discover 2012.
From the front view, some of the visual elements which are clearly visible are clear glass sleek turn indicators, multi-reflector headlamp, two small city lights at top of the headlamp, redesigned and sleek looking headlamp and visor, hydraulic chock absorbers with large suspension travel, black coating on the engine, black coloured leg guard, metal extensions on the tip of the handle bars to reduce vibrations, similar switches and controls as the ongoing Discover etc.

From the instrument cluster it is clear that there is no tachometer, there is a large analogue speedometer with trip-meter, a fuel gauge and small rectangular display which maybe the section with gear-neutral lights etc. The fuel tank cap also remains with chrome finish.
