Bajaj CT100 has been updated with Combined Braking System (CBS). It now makes the manufacturer’s entire commuter range compliant to the new safety norms.
Bajaj Auto has updated all of the commuter motorcycles with CBS, for the safety regulations. The last one is the CT100, which is now priced starting from Rs 33,152 (ex-showroom).
Bajaj CT100 is available in four variants KS Spoke, B, ES Alloy and KS Spoke. The mid-variant is priced at Rs 35,936 and the top-variant goes for Rs 41,587 (prices ex-showroom Delhi).
The inclusion of CBS has increased the prices by Rs 704 to Rs 1152. Other than that, the CT100 receives no further updates.

While we wait for an official launch, the prices of all the other CBS-equipped models have been revealed. Most of them receive a price hike ranging between Rs 500-1200. Bikes above 150cc will be equipped with ABS.
Bajaj CT100 is the one of the most affordable motorcycles in India. It is available with 2 engine options – 102cc air-cooled on the ES variant and a 99.27cc engine on the other variants.
The 102cc engine produces 7.7 BHP and 8.24 Nm of peak torque, while the smaller engine delivers 8.2 BHP and 8.05 Nm of torque. Both the engines come mated to a 4-speed gearbox.

CT100 gets a fuel tank capacity of 10.5 Litres, including reserve. With an estimated mileage of 80 kmpl, it will deliver a riding range of nearly 800 kilometers. Although, reports suggest that it can reach up to 100 kmpl too.
For suspension, Bajaj CT100 uses the hydraulic telescopic function at the front and SNS suspension at the back. Braking is handled by 110mm drum brakes at both the ends.
CT100 goes against the likes of Hero Splendor and Honda CD100 in the competitive entry-level commuter motorcycle segment.
