In the latest instance, an Australian reviews the Mahindra Scorpio N. Note that the Indian auto giant exports SUVs from India to Down Under. The new models include the likes of the Scorpio N and XUV700. Prior to that, there was the previous-gen Scorpio and its pickup truck derivative. In fact, it is quite successful in the Australian market. Now, Australian car enthusiasts are getting exposed to the new generation of SUVs from Mahindra. Let us take a look at the details of this latest case.
Australian Expert Reviews Mahindra Scorpio N
The video comes from BabyDrive.com.au on YouTube. The reviewer, focusing on the family car characteristics of the Scorpio N, commences the video by highlighting the availability of child seat anchorages in the second row. There are two ISOFIX child seat mounts on both seats in the second row. Note that the Scorpio N comes with two captain chairs in the second row for a 6-seat layout. There are no options of the ISOFIX child seat anchorages in the third row. But the buyers can easily fix a booster seat. With all three rows up, there is limited space in the boot.
In fact, the reviewer shows that she was able to fit in a couple of duffle bags or a few shopping bags. But that is expected from the boot space of just about any three-row SUV. However, with the third row folded, the owners get access to a decent-sized boot compartment. Apart from that, the host also mentions that driving is the best part of the Mahindra Scorpio N. The steering feels light and there is excellent visibility out of the windows. The peppy engine demonstrates a decent performance and the turning radius is compact. Hence, manoeuvring it around in the city is easy.
