That is the most attractive aspect of it. On the other hand, the Pajero Sport is an established name pretty much anywhere across the globe. It offers impressive on and off-roading mannerisms even though the interior feels outdated. Let us take a look at the comparison of these two SUVs.

Interior and Features
Internally, numerous elements set these two vehicles apart. The Mahindra Scorpio N stands out with its abundant features, particularly within its luxurious interior. It boasts state-of-the-art technology and connectivity features, including a robust steering wheel with controls, a semi-digital instrument cluster, a spacious digital infotainment screen supporting Android Auto, a rotary drive mode selector with a 4×4 button, wireless charging capability, plush surfaces on the dashboard, tactile buttons for automatic HVAC control, vertical AC vents, an electric sunroof, dual USB ports, a premium Sony sound system, roomy second-row captain’s seats, and surprisingly ample space in the third row. With two captain seats in the second row, it accommodates an additional two seats in the third row, making it a six-seater.

On the other hand, Pajero features a slightly outdated interior and features. The host mentions that even the basic layout is quite old. There are scratchy plastics on the dashboard and door panels and the infotainment system and instrument cluster are quite basic too. There are just about enough storage spaces inside the cabin. However, the one area where it shines better than the Indian adversary is the boot space. Since it is significantly longer than the Scorpio N, it offers a usable boot space even with the third row up. Apart from that, the space in the third row is slightly better than the Scorpio N although the headroom is a bit inferior.

Verdict
The video from carsales.com.au perfectly sums up this exciting comparison. The Mahindra Scorpio N is a great bargain. Significantly cheaper than the alternative, it offers a more refined engine, better interior experience and good riding characteristics with decent off-roading hardware. On the other hand, the Pajero continues to be a pretty good all-rounder when it comes to safety, power, off-roading capabilities or practicality. Therefore, even though it is the costlier of the two, the host still favours the Pajero. But the host admits that this comparison was closer than he had expected which speaks volumes about the performance of the Scorpio N. This concludes the comparison between the Mahindra Scorpio N and Mitsubishi Pajero Sport.
