Audi India sales have been going strong so far in this calendar year with 4210 Audi cars sold across India from January 2011 to September 2011 compared to the sales of 2178 cars sold during the same period in year 2010 which is a 93.2 % growth YoY. Also if we consider the sales in month of September 2011, Audi India sold 555 cars compared to 302 cars sold in September 2010, which is a 83.77 % growth YoY. This strong sales reflect strong product placement and customer satisfaction with Audi cars in India.

While China has overtaken Germany as the single biggest market for AUDI, the brand is in the process of deploying some proven strategies from China to the Indian market, on the product, network growth and brand building front.
