When launched in India, Audi E-Tron, all-electric SUV is expected to be priced at Rs 1.5 crore (ex-showroom).
Audi E-Tron, the electric SUV made its global debut in September last year and the SUV is all set to come to India on June 27 and the launch can be expected later this year along with other Audi cars.
One glance at the Audi E-Tron and you know it has got sharper lines and curves to stand out from the crowd. The agile grille up front along with a crossover silhouette, the sloping roofline and the rear profile sees LED taillights. It will be a five-seat SUV which sits between the Q5 and Q7.
The electric SUV gets two electric motors, a 125kW at the front and a 140kW at the rear, both making a combined power of 408 bhp and a healthy torque of 664 Nm. Audi claims that the top speed of the E-Tron is up to 200km/h and can do 0-100km/h sprint in just 5.5 seconds in boost mode and in normal mode it reaches in 6.6 seconds.

Audi claims that the driving range of 400 km on a single charge (WLTP cycle) and it gets a battery pack of 95kWh. The battery can be charged with alternating current (11kW) and one can recharge through a 22kW too.
The SUV measures 4,901 mm in length, 1,935 mm in width and about 1,616 mm in height. It gets a wheelbase of up to 2,928 mm. It has a luggage capacity of about 660 litres and 60 litres more under the hood. Usually, the space under the hood is meant for story first aid kits, charging wires and storing the tools.

Some exclusive features will include the optional virtual rearview mirrors which are first on any production car. It gets cameras on the A-pillar which shows the rear view image on the display screens inside. However, these options will not be sold in every market where the E-Tron will be sold.
