In the latest celebrity vehicle news, Munna Bhai actor Arshad Warsi brings home a brand-new Toyota Hilux pickup truck. I have reported innumerable instances of eminent Bollywood stars opting for humble automobiles. While they own premium high-end luxury cars, they often use a rather ‘regular’ vehicle to commute on a daily basis. Taking huge sedans and SUVs out to run daily errands is not practical. That’s why they buy mass-market products. However, another reason for that could also be enticing discounts. That seems to be the reason for Arshad’s latest purchase.

Arshad Warsi Buys Toyota Hilux
This video comes from Car Jigyasu on YouTube. It captures the new pickup truck decorated with flowers for the delivery process. It looks like Arshad opted for home delivery. The red pickup truck is being driven toward what looks like the house of the actor. Once it reaches the house, Arshad is seen posing for photographs with it. In addition, he is also spotted signing some documents, perhaps completing the formalities. Once everything is done, he gets a photo frame from the Toyota dealership officials which contains the actor with the truck.

Huge Discounts on Toyota Hilux
At the moment, there are discounts worth at least Rs 5 lakh on the Hilux pickup truck. This is due to the dealers wanting to clear the stock. We know that the new year brings price hikes due to the rise in input costs. Hence, it is even possible that he could’ve got additional benefits on the level of dealers. This is a common practice among dealerships in order to make it impossible for the interested buyer to refuse the chance to purchase any new car. With such heavy discounts, even the buyers feel like they have got a great deal. Hence, it is a win-win situation for everyone.
