Mahindra Scorpio
Mahindra Scorpio is one of the most popular SUVs in the Indian market. It continues to have a successful run in the country. Mr. Anand Mahindra owns a 4×4 version of the first-generation Scorpio model. The Mahindra chairman sure has a sentimental connection with the SUV as it is quite a rare sight on Indian roads. The company has even renamed the original Scorpio as Scorpio Classic. The new version is now called Scorpio N.

The all-new Scorpio variant has just been introduced in the Indian market at a competitive price. So far, it is doing quite well. There is a huge demand for the new SUV. In fact, it is the only SUV in the segment that offers a proper 4×4 system. Naturally, Anand Mahindra has a Scorpio N unit in his garage. He owns a model with Red color finish. Mr.Mahindra even asked his followers on social media for a nickname for the SUV. As a result, he named the SUV Bheem.

Mahindra Alturas G4
The Mahindra Alturas G4 is essentially a rebranded version of the Ssangyong Rexton. Mr. Mahindra had purchased one of the units when the SUV was originally launched in the market. Just like the Scorpio N, he asked his social media followers to come up with a nickname for the Alturas G4 s well. After receiving many entries, he named his Alturas G4 ‘Baaz’. The person who suggested the name was gifted with a diecast model. While the Alturas is originally from a South Korean brand, let’s not forget that the marque was bought by Mahindra.

Mahindra TUV300
The Mahindra TUV300 has now been discontinued from the market. It is now being sold as Bolero Neo (with minor changes). However, Anand Mahindra purchased a customized TUV300 SUV when it was launched. It comes with Mahindra’s Armour kit installed on it. This kit gives it a tank-like look and feel. The rugged look of the Mahindra TUV300 is enhanced by its battle-green shade.

Mahindra TUV300 Plus
In addition to the TUV300, Mr. Mahindra also owns a TUV300 Plus model. he has nicknamed it Grey Ghost. This Mahindra TUV300 Plus unit features a special steel grey paint job. Apparently, the Mahindra chairman had to wait quite a long for the delivery because of the custom paint job. The Mahindra TUV 300 Plus is powered by a 2179 cc Diesel Engine. It comes with a six-speed manual transmission. The SUV has a mileage of 18.49 kmpl and a wheelbase of 2680mm.
Mahindra Bolero Invader
The Mahindra Bolero Invader was one of the most powerful SUVs in the affordable segment. It came with a 2498cc 4-cylinder engine which generates a maximum power of 72.5 bhp and a maximum torque of 152 Nm. The 5-seater SUV has a mileage of around 12-13 kmpl and a top speed of around 118 kmph. It was one of the first cars owned by Anand Mahindra. The Invader is quite different from the current version of Bolero. It featured a shorter wheelbase, a partial soft top, and side-facing seats for rear passengers. The lifestyle SUV comes with only three doors.
