Anand Mahindra Reacts To The Scorpio Tweet
Shakti Chaturvedi, a Twitter user tagged Anand Mahindra on a post which is a video clip showing the Scorpio SUVs being transported by the Indian Railways. He writes, “As always, #IndianRailways at its best. Craze & Demand for #Mahindra#Scorpio in the Indian market can be seen in this video. Today I get to know the reason behind availability of Scorpio as compared to other Cars. @anandmahindra Sir I hope you would be happy to see this clip.” The video clearly shows the Scorpio SUVs being stacked one behind the other on a train to be transported to various parts of the country.

To this, Anand Mahindra replied, “I’m not sure that’s the reason that Scorpios are more available, although we are indeed grateful to the Railways for their efficient services! But you’re absolutely right that I’m happy to see this clip. The More Mahindras the Merrier!” He acknowledges that the Indian Railways are instrumental in ensuring the last mile delivery to even the remote areas of the country. He concludes by saying that he is happy to see more and more Mahindras being sold.

The next-gen Mahindra Scorpio has already been unveiled and the launch is set for June 27, 2022. The older version of the Scorpio which is being sold currently will continue to sell, albeit under the Scorpio Classic moniker.
