On the 11th of October, the popular actor was seen celebrating his birthday with close ones. He even met a few of his fans. This year, Big B received another expensive gift. Big B Brings Home a Sedona Red Land Rover Defender 130
As you can see in the above images by Instagram user Supercar Club India, Amitabh Bachchan has opted for a Sedona Red colour finish for the new car. It can be seen strapped on a flatbed trailer. The caption revealed that the brand-new SUV was delivered to Mr Bachan at his residence, “Jalsa,” in Juhu, Mumbai. “Big B’s Bigger Drive! @amitabhbachchan got himself a brand-new Land Rover Defender 130,” the caption reads. Notably, Yoga guru Baba Ramdev also owns a Sedona Red Land Rover Defender 130.
In India, the Land Rover Defender 130 comes with a starting price of Rs 1.30 crore (ex-showroom). The top-end variant comes with a price tag of Rs 1.41 crore. Mr. Bachan seems to own a well-optioned version with a diesel engine. The veteran actor loves the Land Rover and Range Rover cars. He purchased a Range Rover Autobiography LWB in 2016. Recently, the actor also upgraded his Range Rover. The new LWB model costs around Rs 4 crore. It is powered by a 4.4L P530 engine that offers a maximum power of 434 bhp and 700 Nm of torque. This variant comes with an 8-speed automatic transmission.

The Land Rover Defender 130 is powered by a 3.0-litre petrol engine (P400) that offers 394 bhp of maximum power and 550 Nm of torque. On the other hand, the 3.0-litre diesel engine (D300) outputs 296 BHP of power and 600 Nm of torque. Both versions come with mild-hybrid technology and a four-wheel-drive system. The Land Rover Defender 130 retains the classical Defender look and gets the same wheelbase as the 110 model. However, the seven-seater vehicle measures 340mm more than the standard 110 model.
