This post comes from jipny on Instagram. It captures the video clip of the official television commercial of the all-new Swift in France. It showcases the hatchback in its Frontier Blue colour theme. The exterior is similar to what we have seen on other international models in the last few weeks. This includes a sleek headlamp cluster, LED DRLs, a new front fascia, a sporty bumper, elegant alloy wheels, a redesigned rear section with new LED taillamps and a new bumper. All in all, the exterior silhouette is a lot similar to the existing model. On the inside, there will be addition of a few new amenities.
Specs
In terms of the engine specifications, we will see a brand-new engine. This will be a 1.2-litre 3-cylinder Z Series engine which will output somewhat similar power and torque figures to the existing 1.2-litre 4-cylinder K Series mill which produces 90 PS and 113 Nm of peak power and torque. We expect manual, as well as automatic transmission options. However, just like with every version, the prime focus will be on efficiency and mileage. This engine could possess a mild hybrid mill to aid fuel consumption. More details will be revealed at the launch ceremony.
