In this latest incident, a prankster has been showcasing amazing feats in Gurgaon with his iteration of the magic carpet of Aladdin. Aladdin is a famous fictional character on which movies and cartoons have been created for a long time. He famously uses a flying carpet to get around. Now, it is obvious that a flying carpet doesn’t exist in real life. But there are innovative ways that people devise to make an illusion that they are riding on one such carpet. Here are the details of this unique stunt in the streets of Gurgaon.

Aladdin Magic Carpet in Gurgaon
This post has been shared by kevin.koul on Instagram. It captures this man who is seen ‘flying’ on the streets of Gurgaon on his magic carpet. There is a large board that is covered in red material on which he is standing. He is using it to travel on the roads alongside vehicles. The video also shows him going around on this carpet in the city centre around cafes. The man, clad in Alladin-inspired attire, is effortlessly travelling on it and high-fiving and fist-pumping random strangers on the street. They are looking at him with confused expressions, which is understandable.

However, there are other videos on social media that show the real reason why he is able to do it. In reality, he has covered a remote-controlled skateboard with this board and red carpet hiding it in plain sight. He keeps the remote hidden in his hands. As a result, it appears as if the carpet is flying in the air. That is how he is able to make this illusion causing people to get astonished. Their reactions are worth watching. The next time you this Aladdin on the streets of Gurgaon, don’t be surprised.

Such instances are rather common where people end up doing incredible activities to post on social media. With such content, it is easy to gain views and followers. However, we must warn such people about the safety hazards they are creating by using this carpet in real traffic conditions. Roads are not something we can joke about. We lose thousands of lives each year due to the negligence of such people. We must strive to not promote such acts on social media and report them to the authorities if the safety of other people is getting compromised.
