Acer will be the title sponsor of FASTER Awards 2023, while GoPro and WD40 will be associate sponsors
Acer, one of the most prominent global technology brands and makers of premium thin and light laptops, gaming laptops, creator series laptops, desktop PCs, monitors, tablets, and other computing solutions, has extended title sponsorship to FASTER Awards 2023. The FASTER Awards are held by the first-of-its-kind association of India’s leading digital motoring media outlets, FASTER (Federation of Auto Scribes of the Electronic Realm).
GoPro, the global leader in action cameras, and WD40, the gold standard in displacing moisture, preventing rust, and loosening stuck parts, have joined as associate sponsors for the Acer FASTER Awards 2023. One of India’s leading experts in automotive data testing, Zen Microsystems, will join the Acer FASTER Awards 2023 as a data & testing partner. To ensure that the adjudication process is process-driven, fair, and unbiased, Acer FASTER Awards 2023 will be monitored by Markets & Markets as an independent validation agency.
The exhaustive jury round for the prestigious awards will be held in Navi Mumbai at Central Park, Kharghar on April 12-13, 2023. All contending cars and bikes will be tested in real-world conditions, an environment where their buyers will eventually use these vehicles. Every new generation model of cars and two-wheelers from every reputable automaker launched in 2022 will qualify for the award.
The adjudication process will last for two long days, where the participating jury members will test the vehicles exhaustively on 13 different parameters before arriving at the final conclusion. The gala awards ceremony for the Acer FASTER Awards 2023 will be conducted in the last week of April in presence of all the luminaries and top management from the Indian auto industry.
