BMW has announced its official plans to launch the Mini Brand of iconic and premium small car In India in January 2012 at the Auto Expo 2012 in New Delhi India. The website, which is more of a pre-launch website as we can understand by the domain name of this website. The website showcases the history of Mini, a competition named “Be Creative” and some more info about the Mini cars including the Mini Cooper and Mini Cooper S.

The countdown reveals that the Min Cars will be launched in India on 5th of January 2012 a the Auto Expo 2012. You can also check out some pictures of old and classic minis, some customized art paintwork done on these cars and register to receive launch updated from official channels.
The Mini Family section lists Mini Cooper and Mini Cooper S with 122 BHP and 184 BHP respectively. This probably is a clear indication that these two cars will debut initially leaving the Mini Countryman compact SUV which was also expected to launch with the Cooper and Cooper S. The mysteries will clear in a few weeks now. Apart from this, Mini India is extensively running online Ads to promote the pre-launch website to attract more and more people towards this launch.
