Unveiled a couple of months back, Honda is now launching the Activa 125 BS-6 this week. It will sport new features, Fuel-Injection and revised styling as well.
Last month, the engine specifications and other details about the Activa 125 BS-6 were leaked and now, Honda has confirmed the launch date of the updated scooter, for 11th of September.
Activa 125 BS-6 will be the first one from Honda to be emission norms compliant. For the engine update, Activa will receive a fuel-injection system, which will help in controlling the emissions but will take a toll on the power of the scooter.
As per the leaked documents, the engine of the updated scooter will produce 8.1 BHP, around 4 BHP lesser than the BS-4 version. The mileage is expected to increase slightly, probably by 5-10%.
