Renault Duster Facelift gets a new steering wheel, new touchscreen infotainment system and more on the interiors.
We recently brought you the story of Renault Duster Facelift which is likely to launch later this year. Now the new images that are being circulated on the internet are the refreshed interiors that the SUV will get.
Starting off with a similar dashboard design with some new additions of faux aluminium, chrome and piano black finish with some colour coding which makes the design change. Furthermore, the replacement of round ac units with rectangular ones at the centre is a change.
The updated Duster will continue to get 4-speaker system but now gets twitters on the A-pillars to make the surround sound better. The three-circular instrument cluster is the same but now gets a chrome outline to the surround which is placed above.

Also, the co-passenger dashboard side receives a blue insert which makes the car look new and hints towards only subtle design changes the manufacturers have used.
Renault Duster facelift interiors also reveal a new touchscreen infotainment system which is similar in size as the on-going model. However, the new infotainment system will support Apple CarPlay and Android Auto as connectivity features.
Another major change on the interiors of Renault Duster Facelift is the new steering wheel. It has been borrowed from the second gen Duster and all the updated Renault cars. The volume controls and audio functions will still be controlled via the buttons behind the steering wheel as before, however, with the addition of cruise control buttons at the front of the wheel will definitely help in soothing the drive.

The upcoming Renault Duster facelift is will come in BS-VI compliance engine with the exteriors and interiors revised hinting subtle changes. The smaller 1.5-litre turbocharged diesel engine which produces 85 bhp will be discontinued while the 110 bhp motor will see an advancement to BS-VI.
Renault Duster comes in 6-speed manual and an AMT gearbox with the diesel engine. While the 1.5-litre petrol motor which makes 105 bhp with 142 Nm of peak torque. It is mated to CVT gearbox or 5-speed manual transmission.
The upcoming facelift sees its second update with the competition rising with Hyundai Creta, Mahindra Scorpio, Nissan Kicks and upcoming Kia Seltos. We expect the facelifted Renault Duster will sit at a premium than the on-going model which looks outdated.
