Toyota Glanza Brochure reveils the features list the car will get. However, the prices for the same will be out only day after tomorrow.
Toyota Glanza is set to launch on June 6, 2019, and the car several spy shots of the car have been surfacing the internet. Now the brochure of the upcoming premium hatchback from Toyota has been leaked.
The Glanza will only be available in petrol engine and the car sports two trims, ‘G’ and ‘V’, where the former will be the base variant and ‘V’ will come as a top end trim. Both the variants get a choice of 5-speed manual transmission or a CVT.
Power will be derived from the tried and tested 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol motor which churns out 83 bhp and a healthy torque of 114 Nm. There is another engine on offer, the 1.2-litre DualJet mild hybrid engine which produces 90 bhp with 113 Nm of peak torque. While the former is available in both CVT as well as the 5-speed gearbox, the latter gets only 5-speed manual transmission.

The ARAI certified fuel efficiency for the CVT comes out at 19.56 kmpl while for the 83 bhp motor it stands at 21 kmpl. The mid hybrid engine returns a fuel economy of 23.88 kmpl. The top variant ‘V’ gets the tried and tested 1.2-litre motor while the base variant will feature the mild hybrid engine. Both the engines are BS-VI compliance.
Toyota Glanza brochure also explains you all the bells and whistles the car is going to carry. Automatic headlamps with DRL’s, LED tail light, 16-inch alloy wheels, UV-cut glasses and more.
On the interiors, one is welcomed by the all-black themes and the 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system. It supports Android Auto, Apple CarPlay and Bluetooth connectivity. The car gets the leather-wrapped steering wheel and automatic climate control. The TFT multi-information display and steering mounted control are other features that the Glanza possess.
The car also gets driver armrest, 12-V pocket socket, rear defogger, cup holders, tilt and telescopic steering adjustment, remote central lock, chrome exterior door handles, front and rear cabin lamps, gear-shift indicator and reverse camera as other features.

Coming to the safety of the car, Toyota Glanza gets dual airbags, rear parking sensors, seat belt reminder, anti-lock braking system (ABS) with electronic brake distribution (EBD), speed-alert system and auto-door lock.
Toyota Glanza Brochure typically explains you all the features the car gets but no prices. The prices are set to be out on June 6, 2019, and the car will be launched in Delhi. Once launched, the car will compete with the likes of Maruti Baleno, Volkswagen Polo, Hyundai Elite i20 and Honda Jazz.
