Mahindra TUV300 facelift is going to launch in India soon. It will sit alongside the recently launched XUV300 in the automaker’s portfolio.
Mahindra is soon going to launch a mid-life facelift for the TUV300 compact SUV. It has recently launched the XUV300 which will sit alongside the same. A recent set of spy images completely reveals the TUV300 as it reaches dealerships.
As we can see in these images, the TUV300 now gets an all-new front grill. Apart from this, some minor changes have been done to the front bumper. Rest of the details of this SUV remain the same as before.
When viewed from the side, the TUV300 looks identical to the current model. The other majar change it on the rear of the vehicle. Here we see that it comes with clear-lenses for the tail-lamps.
On the inside, there is no major change in terms of design. All the visual attributed remain the same as before. The only change is going to be the addition of certain safety features.
As standard, these will include dual airbags, ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors, driver and passenger seat belt warning along with high-speed alert systems.
In terms of its engine specifications, the TUV300 will remain the same as before. It will continue with its 1.5-litre diesel engine. This engine is good for 85 BHP along with 230 Nm. It is available in one more state of tune i.e. 100BHP along with 240Nm. Transmission duties are taken care of by a 5-speed manual transmission.
Mahindra also has the XUV300 in its portfolio. Both these SUV will continue to sell together. The TUV will stand as a tougher alternative to the former. With this facelift, the prices of the vehicle are expected to increase soon.
