CF Moto 650 MT ADV has been spotted testing in India. Last week, we spotted the 250 NK street fighter under heavy camouflage.
CF Moto, a Chinese two-wheeler manufacturer is planning to enter the Indian market, again. After the 250 NK, its 650 MT adventure motorcycle has been spotted testing in Hyderabad.
The company was going to launch its motorcycles in India in partnership with Hyderabad-based Eider Motors. However, the company was declared fraud, which stalled CF Moto’s entry in India.
Now, we suspect the CF Moto 650 MT to be launched by none other than Aadishwar Auto Ride India (AARI). The Mahavir group comany is based in Hyderabad and also retails Benelli Motorcycles in India.

CF Moto 650 MT gets a 649cc parallel-twin liquid-cooled engine, that is tuned to deliver 70 BHP and 62 Nm of peak torque. The motor comes paired to a 6-speed gearbox.
This bike will enter the middle-weight ADV segment, which recently saw some new bikes launched. The top speed achievable on the 650 MT is 170 kmph, which would offer a cruising speed of 110 kmph easily.
Features onboard include a LED DRLs, tall windscreen, LED Turn indicators, a fully digital and informative speedometer, knuckle guards, dual front discs and more. We expect different riding modes to be offered on the bike.

For suspension purposes, it uses Upside-Down forks at the front and adjustable monoshock at the back. Braking is handled by dual discs at the front and a single disc at the back, paired with dual-channel ABS.
Talking about its price expectations, we speculate it to undercut the recently launched Benelli TRK 502. The TRK series starts from Rs 5 Lakhs. So, expect the CF Moto 650 MT to cost around Rs 4 Lakhs.
650 MT ADV will compete with the likes of Benelli TRK 502, Suzuki V-Strom 650XT and Kawasaki Versys 650. It might also go up against the upcoming KTM 390 Adventure.
