Earlier this month, we reported that Suzuki is planning to launch its updated motorcycle lineup in India. The updated Gixxer is launching for sure, but we expect Suzuki Intruder to also receive some mild updates.
Intruder is equipped with features like LED position lamps, fuel injection, fully digital instrument cluster, LED tail lamp, dual exhaust port and a single-channel ABS setup.
Feature upgrades might include LED headlamps and a revised instrument cluster. It may also get some visual upgrades too, differentiating it a little from the older Intruder.

Suzuki Gixxer, Gixxer SF and Intruder use the same 155cc engine. In the 2019 update, we expect the engines to be revised to deliver slightly better power and torque figures.
Currently, Suzuki Intruder comes equipped with a 155cc air-cooled engine, that is capable of producing 14.8 BHP and 14 Nm of peak torque. The engine comes mated to a 5-speed gearbox.
Currently, the Intruder is priced, starting at Rs 1 Lakh. The Fuel Injection version goes for Rs 1.07 Lakhs. With the update, we expect the prices to increase by a small margin.
