The mid-life update for the Hyundai Verna will be based on the automaker’s new design philosophy and is expected to reach Indian shores by late next year.
Hyundai is currently working on a mid-life update for the c-segment sedan Verna. The current generation iteration made its debut in India during 2017 but was first launched in the Chinese market. And it is here that it will first get its mid-life update as well. The test mule of the updated iteration of this mid-size sedan was spotted recently, giving us a slight insight for what the new version is going to look like.
The test mule seen in the images comes with a heavily camouflaged front and rear end. This indicates that it is here that the majority of the design changes will be focused on. Expect the car’s front fascia to look completely different from what it does now and so does is its rear end. The design will be in sync with what we saw in the mid-life update of the Elantra. Hence, the exterior profile will be quite sleek and sportier to look at.

The interiors of the updated Hyundai Verna are also going to feature an all-new look. IN the images, the dashboard of the test mule is also heavily covered. This means that Hyundai is, in fact, planning to completely alter all of the car’s major design points with this mid-life update. The current iteration’s dashboard, though quite premium by quality lacks the exclusivity.
