Here are the first set of shots of the upcoming Honda CB300R. The neo-retro bike has been fully revealed during a TVC ad shoot in Navi Mumbai.
As the launch date is nearing, spy shots of the upcoming naked bike from Honda Motorcycles have come up. 2 units of Honda CB300R have been spotted for an ad shoot in Navi Mumbai.
Honda CB300R is scheduled to launch in India on 8th February. It will make its way in the country through the CKD route. Honda has hinted that it will be priced under Rs 2.5 Lakhs (ex-showroom).
As of now, the bookings for the bike have already begun at select dealerships. The bikes will be sold through Honda’s 22 Wing World dealerships across India.

Honda CB300R is a neo-sports cafe-racer, completed with the modern fits and finishes, but keeping the memories of a cafe racer alive. It is an entry-level premium motorcycle from the brand.
Based on the spy shots, we say that the India-spec CB300R gets USD Forks at the front a pre-load adjustable monoshock at the back. The seat of the bike is at a good height, and it gets step-up split seats.
It gets round LED headlamp completing the retro look. It will also get a fully digital instrument cluster and dual-channel ABS as feature highlights.

For engine purposes, Honda CB300R uses a 286cc liquid-cooled DOHC single-cylinder engine. The engine delivers 32 BHP and 27.5 Nm of peak torque, mated to a 6-speed gearbox.
CB300R will be available in two colour options – Matt Axis Grey Metallic and Candy Chromosphere Red.
We believe that Honda will price its new bike around Rs 2.2 Lakhs (ex-showroom). It will be definitely much pricier than the Honda CBR250R.

It will compete with the likes of BMW G 310 R, KTM Duke 250, Jawa and Royal Enfield 650 Twins.
