Tata Tiago Facelift has been spotted testing with a new set of alloy wheels and projector headlamps. Recently, the Tigor received a facelift with the same set of upgrades. The spotted test mule might be a new top-end XZ+ trim.
Tata Motors recently launched a mild facelift to its compact sedan, Tigor. It also expanded the lineup of Tata Tiago with the ‘NRG’ Tiago, which is a crossover. Also, it has plans for the Tiago EV and Tiago JTP, which are going to launch soon. Now, we get the news that Tiago is going to get a facelift very soon based on the spotted test mule. It borrows its upgrades from the Tigor Facelift. Tiago is Tata’s entry-level model that goes up against Maruti Suzuki Celerio, WagonR, and newly launched Hyundai Santro.
Exterior updates on the Tata Tiago Facelift include a new set of diamond cut alloy wheels, projector headlamps, a refreshed front grille, and a contrasting black roof and black ORVMs. Looks like along with the facelift, it is also getting a new top-end XZ+ trim. Also, it sports a new Titanium Gray Shade now.

All these changes were seen on the updated Tigor as well. The Tiago NRG received a smaller 5-inch touchscreen system. So, we assume the interiors would also get a similar upgrade as the Tigor. Tata Tiago Facelift might get the new 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with 3D navigation and more. It comes with Apple Car Play support but does not get Android Auto as of yet which is due to come at a later stage.
Mechanically, the Tata Tiago Facelift will remain the same. It will continue with the 1.2 Litre Revotron petrol and 1.05 Litre Revotorq diesel engine. The petrol engine chugs out 83 BHP and 114 Nm of torque. The diesel engine gives out 70 BHP and 140 nm of torque.

Reportedly, on 26th October, Tata is going to launch the Tiago and Tigor JTP. Basically, both are performance versions of the outgoing models. The Tiago JTP and Tigor JTP get Nexon’s 1.2 Litre Revotron Turbo-charged petrol engine that puts out 110 BHP on tap.
Tata Tiago is amongst the best sellers of its segment and also in Tata’s entire lineup. As of now, it receives competition from Maruti Celerio, WagonR, Renault Kwid and the newly launched Hyundai Santro.
