Ahead of the festive season, TVS Jupiter Grande Edition has been spotted at one of the dealerships. It gets LED headlamps and a semi-digital instrument cluster. It will mostly launch in this month itself.
As we see, the festive season is starting and a lot of launches are happening. Now, the latest report says that TVS Jupiter Grande Edition is going to launch in India in this festive season. Well, everyone wants to make the most of this festive season. Moreover, the Grande Edition gets two new important features, making it a more premium 110cc scooter. The edition gets a new semi-digital instrument cluster and new LED headlamps. Along with this, there are a few cosmetic upgrades as well.
The TVS Jupiter Grande Edition will get these two important features. Full LED headlamps are seen on many of its competitors and also a semi-digital instrument cluster is common.

The Grande Edition continues with an analog speedometer with tell-tale indicators placed on either side of the meter. The fuel gauge, odometer and trip meter will be on the digital cluster.
Design upgrades include a new body color with a “Grande. #1 JD Power” badge on the apron. You can see a beige finish surrounding the instrument console, on the footboard and behind the apron. Also, a tan leather seat with a diamond stitch pattern is spotted on the scooter.
Mechanically, the TVS Grande Edition will continue with the same 110cc engine. The engine produces around 8 BHP of max. power and 8 Nm of peak torque. It will get optional disc brakes on the Grande Edition, as seen in the spy picture. The engine continues to come mated to a CVT gearbox.

The features onboard the Jupiter include pass light, city lamps, USB charging slot in the boot, telescopic forks and an optional disc brake. While its biggest competitor, Activa, loses out on many features of the Jupiter.
The TVS Jupiter Grande Editon will demand a slight premium over the standard variants. The prices of the normal Jupiter start from Rs 51,488 and go up to Rs 57,648 (ex-showroom prices Delhi). The Jupiter comes in total 4 variants – STD, ZX, ZX Disc and Classic.

Jupiter is one of the best selling scooters in India and for the past 6 months, has retained its 2nd rank. It majorly falls behind the Honda Activa series, but still has a good margin over other scooters. In the month of August, it recorded a total sales figure of 79,223 units.
