Tata Tigor facelift is reportedly launching next month. The facelift sedan will get some minor cosmetic upgrades and a new 7-inch touchscreen system. It continues to rival against Maruti Suzuki Dzire and Honda Amaze.
Tata Tigor facelift is launching next month as per the latest media reports. It was recently spied with a new 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system. Earlier, it came with a normal infotainment, shared with the Tiago. Along with this upgrade, it will receive a host of mild exterior upgrades. Tigor is one of the average performers in the sub-compact sedan segment. By next year, we will get two new version of Tigor – Tigor JTP and Tigor EV.
On the exterior, it will get a revised front grille, chrome inserts on the headlamps and tail lights, a new set of alloy wheels and a shark fin antenna. Also, Tata Tigor Facelift might get a new colour option. The Dark Blue colour on the Hexa might be available on the Tigor also.

Inside the cabin, Tata Tigor facelift will get new upholstery and a new 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system by Harman Kardon with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Rest of the design, cabin, and features will remain the same as earlier.

The Tata Tigor remains the same, mechanically. It comes with a 1.05 Litre Revotorq diesel engine and a 1.2 Litre Revotron petrol engine. The petrol engine produces around 85 BHP of power and 114 Nm of torque. The diesel engine produces 70 BHP of power and 140 Nm of torque. Both the engines come with an option of 5-speed manual transmission and the petrol one gets an optional AMT.

Features wise, the list is similar to the Tigor. The exterior features include Electric ORVMs, 3D headlamps, LED tail lamps and LED Turn indicators on ORVMs. Inside the cabin, it gets Auto AC, Driver seat height adjustment, Cooled glove box, the infotainment system and 2 power outlets.
Performance features include Creep Function for AMT and Multi-Drive modes including Eco and City. Safety features on the Tata Tigor include Day and Night IRVM, Rear parking sensors with a camera, Dual Front airbags and seat belt with pre-tensioners and load limiters.

Later, it will come with two new versions of the Tigor. The performance sedan, Tata Tigor JTP is expected to launch later in October. It gets a turbocharged petrol engine that produces around 110 BHP of power. Also, it gets many visual upgrades as well.

Also, in the works is the Tata Tiago EV. Already, many government officials are using it for their daily work. It is going to be available to the public soon along with the Tiago EV.

The current Tigor starts at Rs 5.05 Lakhs and goes up to Rs 7.36 Lakhs (ex-showroom). We expect the facelift to carry a premium of around Rs 5,000 more than the current prices depending upon the variant.
