Bajaj-KTM have finally confirmed the launch timeline of the Husqvarna 401 Twins. The Vitpilen 401 and Svartpilen 401 retro-styled motorcycles will be launched in India by the end of this year and will be unveiled next week.

The Husqvarna Svartpilen 401 sports a naked neo-scrambler type body with a minimalistic fairing. The latter bike sports little shades of a cafe-racer. Here we list the 5 facts that you must know about the Svartpilen 401.
1. Design
A similar type of design is seen on the Ducati Scrambler. The Husqvarna Svartpilen 401 gets a neo-scrambler design with the minimum body covering. Basically, it somewhat looks like a cafe racer but is more advanced than that. In the front, are the round headlamps and its speedometer infused on the handlebar. The India-spec model gets the alloy wheels instead of spoke wheels on the global-spec. Most part of the bike remains naked with a cradle frame running from the handlebar to the suspension. At the rear, it gets no side holding rails and just gets an integrated brake light system. The recently updated model gets the 401 badging on the fuel tank.

5. Suspension and Braking
Suspension part will be handled by 43mm USD forks at the front and an adjustable monoshock at the back. Both the motorcycles will get the same suspension travel. For braking, the Svartpilen 401 will get disc brakes at both the ends with dual-channel ABS as standard fitment. The Svartpilen 401 is speculated to come with switchable ABS as standard.
