The 2018 Honda Jazz is likely to launch in India on 19th of July this year. Bookings will commence from 15th of July. Apart from visual updates, the premium hatchback also gets a new touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple Car Play.
The 2018 Honda Jazz or the facelifted Honda Jazz is expected to launch in India on the 19th of July this year. Ahead of its much-anticipated debut, the variant wise feature list of the premium hatchback has been leaked online. Honda had earlier announced that it will try to keep the variants of all its future products to the minimum. And going by the leaked information, it seems to be true. The new Jazz will be available in just three variants for the diesel derivative (S, V &VX) and just two variants for the petrol derivative (V & VX). The petrol variant will additionally get a CVT gearbox option which is available on both the top spec VX variant and the V trim. The engine specifications remain the same. Following is the Variant wise breakup of the features of the 2018 Jazz facelift.
2018 Honda Jazz Facelift- S Variant (Only Diesel)
The base S trim which will be available only in a diesel guise comes with features like dual airbags, ABD with EBD, rear parking sensors and speed sensing auto door lock. In addition to this, it will also feature steering mounted audio controls, front centre armrest along with electrically operated ORVMS.

2018 Honda Jazz facelift- V Variant
In addition to the S variant, the V trim also comes with features like Honda Smart Key System (CVT & Diesel), chrome outer door handles, paddle shifters (CVT only), turn indicator on ORVM, rear wiper, automatic climate control with touch control panel among others.

2018 Honda Jazz Facelift- VX Variant
In addition to the features on the S and V trims, the top-of-the-line VS trim also comes with features like a touchscreen infotainment system (Digipad 2.0), Android Auto & Apple Car Play, signature LED extended tail-light, leather-wrapped steering wheel among the others.
2018 Honda Jazz Facelift- Colours
The Jazz facelift will be available ina total of five different colours. These are Modern Steel, Golden Brown, Orchid White, Lunar Silver and Radiant Red.

2018 Honda Jazz Facelift- Engine Specifications
The facelifted version of the Honda Jazz will continue to come with the same engine specifications as before. The petrol engine is going to be the 1.2-litre i-VTEC unit while the diesel engine is going to be the 1.5-litre i-DTEC unit. Transmission responsibilities will be taken care of by a 5-speed manual gearbox with the petrol engine. While the diesel engine is going to get a 6-speed unit. Additionally, the petrol derivative will also get a CVT automatic gearbox.
