The 2019 Ford Endeavour has finally made its debut in India. The updated iteration of this premium SUV comes with minor cosmetic updates along with some additions to its feature list. Not only this, but Ford has now limited the Endeavour to just two variant i.e. the Titanium and the Titanium+. As mentioned before, the 2019 Ford Endeavour is now available with just two variants in its model line-up. The base 2.2-litre MT trim retails at a price of INR 28.19 lakh while the top-of-the-line Titanium+ 3.2-litre 4×4 with the AT transmission retails at INR 32.97 lakh.

Ford Everest gets the biggest upgrade in the guise of a new engine. Ford Everest will get a new 2.0 Litre TDCi Bi-Turbo Engine which produces 213 PS power and 500 Nm Torque.
The current Ford Everest is available with two diesel engines. One is the 2.2L TDCi that produces 150 PS power and 375 Nm torque. The other engine is the 3.2L TDCi five-cylinder diesel engine that develops 200 PS power and 470 Nm torque. Everest will now come with 4 diesel variants.

Currently, the Endy offers 12 KMPL of mileage on its 2.2 Litre diesel engine and 10 KMPL mileage on its 3.2 Litre diesel engine. The new expected 2.0 Litre diesel engine will offer a mileage figure of around 15 KMPL.
2019 Ford Endeavour – Features
The SUV will also get some minor tweaks, but for the better convenience of the driver. It will get a passive keyless entry which will come equipped with the door handles. For opening the door, you have to put your hand behind the door handle as the sensors would automatically detect it. The front sensor on the handle will be used for locking the door.
Another good feature is the Automatic Start-Stop system, which turns off the engine at traffic lights and can be turned on by pressing the clutch. Other features include push-button start and a 10-speed automatic gearbox.

Spy images suggest that Ford Everest’s gets new colour-matched bumpers and chromed mirror caps with large 20-inch wheels. However, there are only some minor changes that also include an updated bumper shape too. It is rumoured that Ford Everest might get new colour options too.

2019 Ford Endeavour – Interior Design
The details of the interiors have not been leaked yet, but it will come with the high-end equipment.
The SUV is rumoured to get a single colour interior tone with leather upholstery.
Ford will offer the facelifted model with an audio system and the SYNC 3 infotainment system depending on the grade. The cabin space would not change mostly, but it would become more comfortable.
Other interior features include a start-stop button and an auto-stop button for driving comfort. It is also rumoured to come with a fully digital instrument cluster.

Currently, the SUV faces competition from Toyota Fortuner and Volkswagen Tiguan.
Being an off-roader modern SUV, it gets all the electricals to save itself from a slushy spot. Its other competitors also get the same features and are priced similarly.
This segment is a steady one, with most of the buyers going towards Fortuner because of the brand name and better performance in the market.
However, Endeavour has its own set of followers, who also liked the previous Endy and would not hesitate to buy the latest generation. Ford Cars are mostly famous for their much powerful engines with immense torque capabilities.
