The Honda X-ADV scooter gets a 745 cc parallel twin, liquid cooled engine. It comes as standard with a six-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. Honda has filed a patent for this scooter in India. Expect the launch to happen sometime during 2019.
Come 2019 and Honda Motorcycles and Scooter India Ltd. might launch the X-ADV scooter in India. According to a report published on Rushlane.com, the two-wheeler manufacturer has filed a patent for this scooter in India. The Honda X-ADV is currently on sale in other international markets. This moto-scooter will take up its place in the automaker’s premium model line-up. The X-ADV comes with a very rugged exterior profile. It is a blend of a scooter and an adventure tourer.
The Honda X-ADV comes with a 745 cc parallel twin engine. This motor is liquid cooled. It comes with a six-speed dual clutch automatic transmission. The engine is capable of producing 53 BHP of power along with 68 Nm of peak torque. Furthermore, the crossover scooter offers two different modes for the transmission to operate. These are namely Drive and Sport modes. In addition to this, the crossover scooter also comes with a manual gear option. The controls for this are placed on the handlebar of the two-wheeler.

Dimensionally, the X-ADV will measure 2245 mm in length, 910 mm in weight and 1375 mm in height. While it is going to have a fuel tank capacity of 14-litres. Expect it to deliver a mileage of 33.6 km/l.

Furthermore, the Honda X-ADV underpins a steel chassis. It comes with inverted telescopic front fork suspension at the front. While the rear end comes with monoshock set-up. The two-wheeler offers disc brakes, both at the front and at the rear. At the front, it comes with 296 mm 4-piston calliper disc. While the rear end comes with 240 mm single piston disc. As mentioned, the X-ADV is going to be a premium offering. Consequently, it comes with dual-channel ABS as standard across the range.
