Suzuki has launched the 2018 iterations of the Gixxer and the Gixxer SF today in India. The 2018 Suzuki Gixxer is priced at INR 80,928. The 2018 Gixxer SF will cost INR 90,037 to own. All the prices are ex-showroom, Delhi. The new Gixxer comes with the same engine as before. New additions include sporty body graphics, a new paint scheme and ECSTAR logo on the Moto GP inspired Metallic Triton Blue Gixxer SF. 2018 Suzuki Gixxer series is available starting today at the automaker’s dealerships.
2018 Suzuki Gixxer Engine
The Gixxer series gets the same 155cc single cylinder, air-cooled engine. This engine produces 14.6 BHP along with 14 NM of peak torque. This ultra-light engine comes with Suzuki’s Eco-Performance (SEP) technology. The bike gets telescopic front forks while the rear employs mono-shocks Both the 2018 Suzuki Gixxer and the Gixxer SF come with disk brakes, at the front as well as the rear. The SF also offers single-channel ABS.

2018 Suzuki Gixxer Design
The Gixxer series is quite popular for its quality and sporty attributes. A number of buyers are from a younger age group. The 2018 iterations continue to come with their indigenous striking looks. As a result, they get the triangular headlight, bikini fairing and stylishly designed 12-litre fuel tank.

Talking about the features, the Gixxer series comes with a digital instrument cluster. The panel gets a tachometer, clock, gear indicator, odometer, fuel gauge indicator and RPM indicator. On the other hand, it gets sift handle grips and a well-stitched seat.
