Carblogindia has been pretty regular with featuring modified cars and motorcycles. Generally, most of the modified motorcycles that we talk about are based on Royal Enfield models. We have also featured a few modified bikes based on the Bajaj Pulsar. Most of these custom motorcycles boast really fancy bodywork to become an instant eyeball-magnet on the road. This time around, however, we have come up with a story (and a video) of a modified Yamaha R15 from Thailand. While this motorcycle does feature a handful of minor visual modifications, the highlight of the modification is the turbo kit for the engine.

Modified Yamaha R15 with Turbo Kit Specifications
Full Details on the specifications aren’t available at the moment. However, as you can see in the video below, someone did a top speed check on the dyno, where this modified Yamaha R15 maxed out at 180 KMPH. Even on factoring in the speedo error that must have crept in, it’s still a pretty high top speed for what is essentially a near 150cc, single-cylinder motorcycle. This R15 has been done up by Thailand based tuning house ‘TuneBoss’. As can be seen in the video, the rev-limit seems to be now at much above the 12,000 mark on the tacho. Also, the engine now outputs a max. power of 22.9 BHP.
