Kawasaki is a well-known brand when it comes to premium sports bikes and superbikes. The company believes that there is always some room for improvement, no matter how good you are. This vision holds true for their new version of ZX 10R, which is a sharper and more track focussed version of their popular superbike. For the coming year, Kawasaki has introduced the ZX 10-R SE, a special edition bike. This is all that you need to know about this upcoming beast-
The new Kawasaki ZX 10-R SE draws inspiration from WSBK race machine. While the standard bike already featured the top-drawer Showa BFF setup, the Ninja ZX-10R SE gets an electronic semi-active system which uses an inertial measurement unit (IMU) and sensors to automatically adjust the suspension settings. In addition, the Ninja ZX-10R SE also gets lightweight Marchesini forged alloy wheels and a bi-directional quick-shifter.
The new version is on the heavier side weighing 2 KGs more than its previous version. This is due to the new suspension system, although some of it is managed by the lighter wheels. It also gets a unique black colour with green highlights. It is speculated that Kawasaki will bring this bike in limited numbers to India.
