Mahindra & Mahindra is a successful commercial vehicle manufacturer and recently it stepped into the two wheeler segment with two new products, Mahindra Stallio and Mahindra Mojo. The Mahindra Stallio was targeted at the commuter segment but soon after its launch, the review they got was quite disappointing. With problems being faced in the gearbox, the bike’s sales could not reach the pace it was expected to.
It was a set back for the company to pull off the motorcycle from its showrooms and during these months the engineers were only busy with making improvements in the gearbox of the bike. So after months of hard work and revision the bike is to make yet another debut in coming November, this time around with a better gearbox.
This indeed is a good news for buyers who will get another option in the list of commuter bikes but there is still a part of disappointment being expressed by the customers. Well the Stallio is all ready to enter the market but what about the much much awaited 292 CC beast Mahindra Mojo. The latter was publicized with so much passion and grace because of its Italian connection but despite all those efforts, till date the brand could not decide a day for its launch.
It came as a disappointment for the buyers who were expecting the bike around the festive season and considering buying a 300 CC machine over the very common Bajaj Pulsar 220 , Kawasaki Ninja 250R and Honda CBR250R . People have waited and waited and finally they have decided to turn their focus on the existing bikes and forget this product. In fact now there is another upcoming option which is known as KTM Duke 200. I hope the brand does understand the need of this bike at this time and launches it soon.
