Commuting on the rural land is not an easy job and most of the two-wheeler manufacturers in India have attempted designing rural area specific motorcycles in the past but unfortunately only a few succeeded. One of the most popular motorcycle in rural areas has to be the Bajaj Boxer as it is tough, economical and just perfect for rural terrain.
Due to the booming urban two-wheeler segment, for a while, manufacturers had forgotten the demands of the rural market but Bajaj behind the curtain was working on a new generation Boxer, which it has quietly launched in Pune. Bajaj Boxer 150 or Bajaj BM150, is the new name of the new generation motorcycle and now it gets a bigger 150 CC engine.

The 0-60 KMPH sprint is achieved in under 5.5 seconds and would deliver a mileage of at least 40 – 42 KMPL.
