Popular Electric Two Wheeler manufacturer Hero Electric has just launched its latest product in the rapidly growing Indian Electric Two Wheeler market. Named as the ‘Flash’, the new Hero Flash Electric Scooter. The new e-scooter scores highly on technology and produces zero emissions, thus being very clean to the environment. The manufacturer goes on to claim that the Hero Flash has a very low maintenance and comes with a high build quality. The highlights of the new e-bike’s features list include a short-circuit protection system and decent underseat storage space.
Speaking on the launch of the latest product, Mr Sohinder Gill, Global CEO, Hero Electric said, “With FLASH, we are moving further ahead with our vision of making India an electrically mobile nation. FLASH is the epitome of the latest and the best of technology available in the e-automobile sphere. It weighs only 87 kgs, helping it score very high on maneuverability. A Magalloy wheels, telescopic suspension and a full body crash guard will further enhance its popularity among users and drive greater adoption for e-vehicles in the country.”

Powering the new Hero Flash is a 250 Watt Electric Motor. This motor comes mated to a 48-volt, 20 Ah VRLA battery. Hero Electric claims that the Flash has a range of 65 KMs on a full charge. The new Hero Flash is targeted at the youngsters and first-time two wheeler users. Hero Electric claims that the Flash has been given a very high build quality and an attractive design. As per the manufacturer, the new Hero Electric is very easy for even new riders. A big highlight is that the Flash does not require its rider to possess a driving license. The new electric scooter doesn’t even need to be registered with the RTO to become road legal.
