Both bikes feature a very muscular design. The Dominar and FZ25 both feature LED headlamps and LED tail lamps. There are features like a fully digital speedo, black alloys. The Dominar 400 features a more cruiser like appearance, while the FZ25 is a streetnaked.

As you can see, the Dominar 400 costs more but offers a lot more in terms of power and features. The Bajaj seems like a better value for money offering in comparison. However, the Yamaha scores higher in terms of quality. Also, it comes with ABS, something the Yamaha misses out on. So, if you can shell out around Rs. 16,000 extra then the Bajaj Dominar 400 makes more sense.
