BMW Advance Secured Service will be available across India for the BMW buyers and will cover many free services with one centralized call center toll free number to avail the services. These services include:

- 365 days, 7 days a week, 24 hours service
- All India Coverage
- Taxi arrangements for occupants in case of vehicle immobilization in case of breakdown
- Towing service to the nearest authorized BMW Dealer
- Alternative arrangements will be made in case of flat battery or flat tyre.
- Fuel supply in case of run-out-of-fuel
- Arrangement of pickup and delivery of spare key to the spot where your BMW is located.
- Medical advice is available 24 hours a day to drivers and/or passengers.
- Accommodation benefits to occupants in case of vehicle immobilization as a result of a breakdown.
