It has been very long since we saw any new Hindustan Motors Ambassador models coming up but it has been justified now as today the company has launched the latest BS-IV compliant Hindustan Motors Ambassador Grand. The new model is a face-lifted one and gets some of the most desirable features.
The new model comes as no surprise considering the lagging sales of Ambassador over the past couple of months with as low as 500 units a month. The BS IV compliant model is powered by a MPFI petrol engine which comes as a disappointment since the company could have adopted a CRDI diesel engine instead.
