Audi India, the Indian subsidiary of famous German luxury car marque, has launched the Audi Technical Service Centre in India. The new facility is based in Mumbai. The launch of the new technical service centre is an important step towards the strengthening of Audi after-sales service network in India. The new Audi Technical Service Centre in India was inaugurated by Mr. Ulli Seyfferth, Head of Technical Service: Entire Vehicle, AUDI AG and Mr. Joe King, Head, Audi India. The newly launched Audi Technical Service Centre comprises of a workshop and a training facility that are as per the high standards of Audi AG. With three climate controlled work bays, the Analysis Workshop is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment for Diagnosis and in depth analysis of product concerns. The Centre will also house a training facility, which will conduct boot camps for the technical team as well as for the dealer network.
“The Audi Technical Service Centre in India will enable us to obtain deeper insight into usage patterns of our cars and other local peculiarities as well as customer preferences in India. These learnings are equally important for us to adapt our products to suit the market requirements. The Audi Technical Service Centre will support technicians and service advisors from across the dealerships in India, as well as continuously cultivate their competence level to execute quality jobs and delight our customers,” said Mr. Ulli Seyfferth, Head of Technical Service: Entire Vehicle, AUDI AG.
